JAYNE
Jayne has been poling for 3 1/2 years now. She started with the beautiful Terri at Fierce Fitness Studios in Maynooth while she studied her Bachelor of Social Science and absolutely loved it. She hated the thought of stopping pole when she finished college so when she moved back to Dundalk she continued her pole journey with Polercise.
Jayne started teaching in Polercise Dundalk last March and has not looked back. She absolutely loves seeing students nailing tricks that she herself couldn’t do not that long ago!
She particularly loves doubles pole and recently competed in the doubles catagory in The All Ireland Pole Dance Competition
She can’t imagine a life without pole now and would love you and your friends to experience pole life with her

KERRI
Kerri started her pole journey in September 2019 with Polercise and instantly found a new passion. Coming from her background in kickboxing, Kerri stepped out of her comfort zone to try something new – now she can’t get enough!
Being a kick-boxer for the last 20 years, she wanted to switch things up and try a new challenge. Since finding pole dancing through Polercise, Kerri has immersed herself into the sport and has never looked back.
After experimenting with a range of different pole styles, she has found that dancing is her forté. From low flow, exotic dance, and hypno dance, Kerri has been working on her style to make you feel extra.
Kerri’s favourite thing to teach is choreography with a blend of low flow tricks. No one routine is the same and are suited for those who want to wear heels or not (although always encouraged ).
Get ready to channel your inner sexy and let loose with some dance choreography classes with Kerri when we get back to the studio.
