Polercise is a fun fitness alternative to aerobics, pilates and the gym With an increasing number of celebrities publicly declaring their addiction to the pole. Artisitc pole dancing lessons improve muscle tone, strength and flexibility whilst increasing your confidence by developing your sexy, sensual side!
The lessons will teach you pole work and sensual movements, incorporating cardiovascular strength and flexibility training.
Typical Class Structure
Warm Up & Workout
– A 10 minute aerobic warm up
– 5 minute stretching
– 10 minutes of workout; to build on upper and lower body muscles
– 20 minutes learning new Pole tricks & transitions each week
– 5 minutes cool down
All exercises are specifically designed to help with pole work

|CLASSES ARE FUN FROM BEGINNING TO END. THE HOUR WILL FLY BY LEAVING YOU WANTING MORE, MORE, MORE. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED LEVEL 1 YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO JOIN OUR CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES WHERE WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO WEAR HEELS & COMPLETELY LET YOUR INHIBITIONS GO.|
