Tri Fly Fitness

Tri-Fly Fitness is a new concept in exercise. It combines the best elements of Yoga, Fitness and Aerial Circus to give a unique full body work out. Tri-Fly uses a specialised fabric swing and stirrup system to get the heart pumping and improve strength, flexibility and postural alignment whilst sculpting and defining muscle tone. This innovative concept combines fitness with fun, acrobatics and flying. Class will start in the Belfast Studio end of Jan so keep an eye out on the Website for timetable updates!

    New term starts 5th March – Tues 8pm – £80 8 week course – Belfast studio only

COVID-19 Notice

Classes at the studio have been suspended due to the current situation but we have lots of great classes going on online, as well as pole we have flexibility, HIIT, yoga, bums & tums, chair fitness to name but a few which you don’t need any experience or equipment (pole) for. You will find all info on our schedule times and prices / packages via our booking system or through our website and on social media platforms.
