Look and feel great on the day you say “I do”! Bridal Bootcamp meets for two 45 minute sessions per week. During boot camp sessions, you will combine muscle conditioning techniques, cardio, and relaxation methods in order to achieve your personal fitness goals. Your instructor will provide motivation in a small group setting that also allows for individualized attention.
We understand that planning a wedding is a full time job and that all brides are busy. Our sessions are 45 minutes long and are jammed pack with efficient ways to achieve your goals.
