This workshop will teach you how to increase your flexibility and enhance your pole tricks at the same time! You will learn how to be more flexible in your lower limbs and torso area. You don’t have to be flexible to do this workshop, the idea is we help you with that, so its suitable for all levels!

Sunday 19th Aug; Polercise Belfast 1 Day Boot Camp

Polercise one day bootcamps are the ultimate fitness experience. They will not only test your fitness levels but provide you with effective fat loss and fitness regimes that if followed regularly can help you achieve maximum results. Whether you’re looking to kick start your fitness or give yourself an extra push, this one day bootcamp is for you and all for the price of a 60minute personal training session!

What you get:

5 Fitness Boot Camps;There will be 5 workouts during the day, Cardio workouts to burn the fat, strength training to tone muscles.

Free Bottles of water;You’ve got to stay hydrated, working out is sweaty business…. But there is a break inbetween each workout for you to re-fuel and recover

Nutrition & Body stats ; We’ll take your full body stats (body fat, muscle %, BMI, daily calorie needs, body measurements). After a healthy lunch there will be a 40min nutrition section to help you eat smarter, understand food labels and give you tips to maintain your target weight. Free lunch; A healthy power lunch & snacks to keep you going. We know 10am to 4pm is a long time so food is essential to ensure you can put 100% into every workout.

Our one day boot camps are opened to groups including corporate, sports and social, you are welcome to come along to any advertised one day camp or contact us to arrange a day for just you and your team.

Bootcamps run from the studio once a month on a weekend basis. The one day event provides a great insight of what we offer on our 8 week courses. We welcome all levels of fitness and abilities, the sessions are open to everyone with a willingness to work we will help you do the rest.

In addition there will be an Aerial Hoop Workshop being held in the studio; The workshop last 1 1/2 hrs and is £15 – only 6 spaces per workshop; Times available; 12-1.30, 1.30 – 3pm, 3.30pm 5pm

Saturday 1st Sept; Polercise L’Derry & Belfast; Bendy Balance workshop

Acrobalance is the combination of two athletic art forms: adagio lifts combined with strong-man hand balancing and partner acrobatics, such as double planches and partner handstands.

A performer on the ground doing the lifting and supporting in an acrobalance formation is often called the base, while a performer being lifted or tossed can be referred to as the flyer.

Acrobalance acts require a high degree of care, coordination, proprioceptive awareness, and mutual trust from the performers in order to avo

id injury.

During the warm up we will take you through some exercises which will help develop trust and lifting techniques with your partner. The session will include a half hour flexibility warmup to ensure we are as bendy as possible to get the most out of your formations.

A great double act to include in your future doubles routines
